If you are transferring an existing service, or requesting service on a new property, you can print out the Service Application and Agreement, fill it out and send it to our office at hochatownwater@gmail.com We ask that you scan and email or bring us a hard copy. Please don't take a picture with your phone. This is a legal document and should be treated as such.
There are a few things we will need along with your application. For NEW SERVICE we will need a copy of your Warranty Deed and your Final Septic Inspection Report. For TRANSFERS we will also need your Warranty Deed, (your septic info will already be on file)
